There were six Apollo missions that landed on the Moon, each with a clearly identified landing site on the near side, close to the lunar equator.
Apollo 11: Sea of Tranquillity (Mare Tranquillitatis), nicknamed Tranquility Base.
Apollo 12: Oceanus Procellarum region, near the Surveyor 3 probe.
Apollo 14: Fra Mauro formation, south of the lunar equator.
Apollo 15: Hadley Rille region, at the foot of the Apennine Mountains, near Mons Hadley.
Apollo 16: Descartes Highlands.
Apollo 17: Taurus-Littrow Valley, between the Taurus Mountains and the Littrow crater.
